I have owned and operated the Balloon Boutique since 1981. For over 15 years the business was located
in a very busy retail gift, party & tourist store in downtown Anacortes, and in 1998 I made the decision
to dedicate the business back to it's foundings: Balloon Bouquets,Banquet Decorating,Custom Design
Work , and Windsocks so I relocated
to more creative surroundings. We have always produced great work for our customers, and now it's

DON'T BLOW'EM 'TIL YOU ORDER 'EM" Listed below are a few of the services that Balloon Boutique offers to their customers which
have put them in the lead, for both Customer Service & Quality of Product. We use Qualatex rubber balloons, which are the Best balloon the industry has to offer. The colors are true
and bold, the latex is denser. The rubber balloons are biodegradable, which means they break down in the environment
at the same rate as a maple leaf. We pre test every rubber balloon for
flaws or discoloration before filling with helium & or Ultra Hi-Float. We use 100% helium, guaranteed, we do not use an "air mix" ratio in any balloon we fill with helium. All rubber balloons are double-hand tied, no plastic clips used. All delivered Bouquets are treated with Ultra Hi-Float to extend their floating time & enjoyment for days. All delivered Bouquets are attached to an anchor (customarily candy) for the convenience and delightment
of the recipient. Free helium refill on the 18" mylars from Balloon
Boutique. Free estimates & generally a free set-up on job sites. Same day delivery without a penalty.
